A damaged or worn rotor doesn’t mean a new turbine. Our rotor rebuilding service is built around our in-house blade manufacturing capability — we design, cast, and machine new alloy blades to exact turbine specifications, then fit and balance the rotor in our workshop before returning it to site.
We have rebuilt rotors for American Turbo Dyne, KKK, Peter Brothers, and China-manufactured turbines — for clients including Dewan Sugar Mills, Premier Sugar Mills (4MW & 2MW), Kiren Sugar Mills, and Alnoor Sugar Mills (12,000KW). The before-and-after results speak for themselves.
